• A 21-year-old student called EPD to report that his blue 2005 Toyota Tacoma truck had been vandalized on Sept. 23 between 7:00 and 7:30 p.m. The student stated that someone had bent the rear license plate and frame, removed the radio antenna, left the gasoline tank open, spit on the driver’s-side window, drawn a picture of a penis on the driver’s-side door and written “f–k you” on the truck. There are no suspects at this time, and the case has been turned over to an investigator.

• EPD received a call about a person down on McDonough Field on Sept. 25 at 11:18 p.m. Officers found a 19-year-old female student at the location. Security staff had requested that the student leave the event taking place on the field. Emory Emergency Medical Services (EEMS) provided medical treatment to the student, who refused to be transported to the hospital. The student was transported to Woodruff Residential Center, where she was turned over to a resident adviser. The student was argumentative and stated that a first responder had taken her cell phone. The missing phone was valued at $100.

• A 23-year-old student called EPD to report that the tires of her car had been slashed near Clifton Tower sometime between Sept. 24 at 11:00 p.m. and Sept. 25 at 10:30 a.m. The student stated that she thought this incident might have been related to possible harassment that she had received from other students about her personal religious beliefs.

• EPD officers made contact with a 20-year-old male subject who was unaffiliated with the University near Harris Hall on Sept. 27 at 12:57 a.m. The subject, a resident of Jacksonville, Fla., stated that he was trying to see his girlfriend from home, who did not want to see him.
