• On Oct. 10 at 3:45 a.m., Emergency Medical Services responded to a call made by four subjects — one Emory student and three visiting students — who appeared drunk and had a strong odor of alcohol. One subject appeared to be injured and had lacerations on his body. Two of the four were transported to Emory University Hospital for further evaluation; both were visiting students. The subjects stated that they had been at Maggie’s and were drinking alcoholic beverages at that location.

• A 2006 blue Toyota four-runner’s driver-side window was smashed and items were taken from the vehicle on Oct. 8 between 4 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The owner is an Emory student who said that a black subwoofer, TomTom GPS and an iPod cable were stolen. The total value of those items is estimated at $160.

• A 2008 silver Lexus was parked at the Woodruff Residential Center parking lot on Oct. 8 between Noon and 12:45 pm. Two iPhone 4S smartphones, a Garmin GPS and a cooler were stolen from the vehicle. The two individuals were visitors to the school walking the trails of Lullwater Park. The total amount lost, including the damaged window, is valued at $2,280.

• Officers discovered a white female who appeared to be homeless sleeping in the courtyard of the Goizueta Business School on Oct. 8 at 4:20 p.m. She had several bags that included her personal items and she claimed to be waiting for Woodruff Library to open. She was allowed to leave the scene without further questioning.
